Payment Terms:

1. Our quotation is usually based on Ex Works terms, therefore, the quotation is not including shipping or bank costs;

2. As most of our orders are shipped by air, usually 100% DOWN PAYMENT PRIOR TO SHIPMENT is required;

3. Beware of all types of scams. If you encounter any abnormality during transaction, make sure to contact us first.

Shipping Terms:

1. Orders will usually be shipped within 1 week, except for holidays or shortage of stock;

2. Express deliveries including FedEx/DHL/UPS are the most frequently used means of shipping. The express delivery time is normally 4-10 days to most of the countries in the world, except certain countries. Please consult the sales department before making orders, if faster delivery is important to you;

3. We also accept sending cargo to forwarders appointed by the buyers.
